Please provide your shipping and billing address, and phone number along with your order, so we can add you to our system!

Validity and Payment Terms:
This quote on the sales order is valid for 30 days. To proceed with your order, kindly approve, change, or confirm this sales order via email to sales@hadithicrafts.com. Please specify your preferred shipping method (post, DHL, or other courier). Upon your approval of the sales order, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit into Hadithi Crafts' bank account (bank details provided in the invoice), which will include a shipping estimate.
Upon payment, your order goes into production. Payment options include SWIFT transfer, and we can also generate an online card payment link.
When your order is ready for dispatch, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the final shipping cost. The updated invoice will be shared with you for the balance payment.
Returns and Exchanges: Our handmade crafts may exhibit variations. To avoid the need for returns, feel free to request photos of the selected items for your approval or potential exchange before shipment. Any additional shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges must be requested with Sales@hadithicrafts.com within 2 weeks of receipt the goods. Returns and exchanges are only possible in cases where a clear discrepancy exists between the ordered and received items. These terms and conditions aim to provide clarity and transparency in our sales process.
ask feedback photos
Customers who want to be sure that the ordered items suit their shop, can ask to receive photos of the selection we made. Because our sisal baskets are all unique and can only be sold in groups per size and colourstyle, we understand completely that the customer wants to see what they buy first!
Upon receipt of the photos, the customer can then mark products to be replaced in the selection, and we will keep sending feedback photos until every basket is approved. This process is most easily done by whatsapp.
Payment details
We require a 50% deposit upon order, and the balance payment upon shipping (once the final shipping price is known).
1) BANK TRANSFER to our USD or KES account
Hadithi crafts support CBO has a USD and a kenyan shilling bank account with Diamond Trust Bank, of which we share the details on each invoice. Bank charges are to be carried by the client.
2) ONLINE PAYMENT PROVIDER
A transparent and immediate way to transact money from any currency into our Kenyan shilling account or into our mobile wallet (mpesa), are offered online by for example ‘Worldremit’ and ‘wise’. It’s reliable and fast.
More and more of our clients choose to pay with Wise, as it transfers money immediately and transfers the exact amount, so there are no surprises or losses due to fluctuating exchange rates.
3) Card payment link
Upon request our accountant can create a unique payment link where you can pay the amount by card through our payment provider DPO.
